Isa sa pinaka-mahalagang landmarks at simbahan sa Isabela ang  Our Lady of the Pillar Parish Church. Ito ay isa sa dalawang simbahan na ni-recognize ng National Museum of the Philippines bilang isa sa ating Most Important Cultural Properties. Ang isa pang simbahan ay ang San Matias Parish Church sa Tumauini, Isabela.

Mga misyonaryong Dominican ang nagtatag ng simbahan na ito sa Cauayan City, 282 years na ang nakalilipas. 

Ang na ito unveiling na ito ay naganap ilalim ng pamumuno ni Rev. Fr. Patrick Pua, Parish Priest.
