Nagkaron ng programa ang BIDA Grand Caravan sa ICON nitong April 1.
Ang Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program ay naglalayong pagandahin ang quality ng buhay habang prinoprotektahan ang mga Pilipino sa krimen at masamang epekto ng illegal na droga na may respeto sa human rights at batas.
Sa programa ay na-showcase ang achievements ng Region 2 sa pagsugpo sa illegal drug activities at mapanatili ang positive outcome. Naitala na sa Cagayan Valley ang pinaka-mataas na bilang ng drug-cleared barangays na 94.41 percent cleared.
