The City Government of Cauayan conducted  a Capacity Development Program for Civil Society Organization (CSO’s) held on January 18, 2023 at Bamboo Hall , Cauayan City Hall Bldg..Participants are the CSO members of the four Local Government Code-mandated Local Special Bodies i.e. City Development Council (CDC), Local Health Board (LHB), City Peace  and Order Council (CPOC) and Local School Board (LSB) . The program intends to contribute in addressing the gap particularly on the capability of CSOs to participate and perform their functions effectively as members of these bodies and an empowered CSO community.This was also attended by the City Officials.
