Today, September 25, 2024, Mayor Caesar “Jaycee” Dy, Jr. attended the final judging of the 2024 Most Business-Friendly LGU Awards. The mayor presented the different initiatives of the City of Cauayan in fast-tracking sustainable local economic development, ease of doing business, investment promotions and enhancing sectoral representatives to a panel of officers from the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
