The Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program is a flagship program of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development as a commitment of the government’s housing program that every Filipino shall have a decent, safe resilient and affordable shelter to Filipino families to build one million housing units per year or a total of six million housing units for 6 years.

The Pabahay Program will be constructed in a 4 hectare land at Barangay Tagaran  with complete amenities , targeting 1,080 units for the first phase and  further targeting 2000 to 3000 houses  in the completion of the project for qualified government employees, low income families,  and informal settlers.

The housing units will cost the beneficiaries to pay an amount from 2,573 pesos to 4,623 pesos payable within 30 years.

Before the program ends, a Memorandum of Understanding were signed into between the two parties, the LGU Cauayan represented by Mayor Caesar S.
