At least 20 participants completed the 12 days training and successfully passed the DigitalJobs General Virtual Assistance Technical Training spearheaded by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

Present during the program held at Bamboo Conference Hall were the Regional Director Engr. Reynaldo Sy, Mr. Cirilo N. Gazzingan Jr., Provincial Head, DICT Isabela 1, City Councilors Paolo Eleazar C. Delmendo and Garry  G. Galutera from the City of Cauayan.
