AND EVALUATION TEAM OF THE CITY OF CAUAYAN, ISABELA
The Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), Department of the
Interior and Local Government, Department of Budget and Management and National
Economic and Development Authority Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) no. 2013- 01,
as amended, entitled, “Guidelines on the Localization of the Magna Carta of Women”
provides that all Local Government Units (LGUs) shall create and maintain a Gender
Responsive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System;
