Noong March 25, 2015, unang kinilala ang Cauayan City bilang First Smarter City of the Philippines ng Department of Science and Technology, sa husay ng lungsod sa paghahatid ng serbisyong pampubliko sa pamamagitan ng digital na pamamahala.
Ngayong taon ay matagumpay muling itinanghal ng City of Cauayan ang 2nd International Smart City Exposition and Networking Engagement (iSCENE 2024) nitong April 11 to 13, 2024 sa Isabela Convention Center (ICON). Ito ay pagkatapos ng tagumpay ng iSCENE 2023 na idinaos din sa Cauayan noong March 23-25, 2023.
Ang tema ng iSCENE 2024 ay “Synergy Unleashed: Becoming Smart Cities Through Strategic Partnerships.” Ang makabuluhang pagpupulong na ito ay pinangasiwaan ng Local Government Unit ng Cauayan City kasama ng Department of Science and Technology (DOST) at ng Isabela State University (ISU).
Ito ay dinaluhan ng mahigit 500 na delegado at kinatawan mula sa iba’t-ibang LGUs, National Government Agencies, International Speakers, Academe, Exhibitors at Service Providers.
Kabilang sa mga nagsalita ay mula sa respetado at prestihyosong ahensya dito sa atin at sa ibang bansa. Sila ay nagbahagi ng kaalaman at ideya sa kani-kanilang laranagan ng kadalubhasaan.
Ang iSCENE 2024 ay dinaluhan ng mga sumusunod na bisitang pandangal.
