Appreciation and gratitude were given to Isabela Artist Circle (ISAC) for their magnanimous contributions in their field of art work during the celebration of the 2021 National Arts Months held at Cauayan City Hallway on February 9, 2021.
The program was highlighted with the blessing and unveiling of the donated life-size painting of Maestro Jessie B. Mariñas called “Spolarium” whom he personally turn- over to the people of Cauayan City and now displayed at the City Hall.
Maestro Jessie B. Mariñas is a renowned painter, a recipient of Hall of Fame Awardee in California in the field of fine arts , a fertile interpreter of the social realist style of painting.
Various great work of arts in painting from the Isabela Artist Circle were also displayed at the lobby of the city hall for everyone’s appreciation.
Mayor Bernard Dy gives full support to the ISAC as they have given great contributions especially in the painting of murals depicting the UN’s Sustainable Goals (SDG) at Cauayan Sports Complex.
“I will be forever indebted to Isabela Artist Center for what you’ve done and what you contributed sa ating Sports Complex conveying a super-powerful in relaying a very important message”, Mayor Dy remarked.
Attended during the program were Congressman Faustino “Inno” C. Dy of the 6th District Isabela, and other city officials.
The 2021 National Arts Month Celebration carries the theme: “Alay Sining, Alay Sigla”.
