No time boundaries in rendering services to clients as they deserved only the best. This was the appeal of Mayor Jaycee Dy to all City Hall employees as he spearheads the first flag rites upon assuming the highest post in the city. He urged employees to join him on his advocacy to serve best the city and to every Cauayeño.
As a neophyte Local chief Executive, the support of every Cauayeño especially the city employees are attuned to the goals and objective that service above anything else shall be given.
According to him, while it’s true that he has friends around within the organization he made it clear that these may not be used as an advantage in the performance of duty.
“ Gagawin po natin pag oras ng trabahao, trabaho po tayo. Pagkatapos po ng ating trabaho, diyan na po tayo magkakaibigan. Magkakaibigan po tayo. Let’s be professionals. Lahat po dito patas-patas, kaya hwag po kayong mag-isip na mas nakalalamang sa inyo dahil kaibigan, kaibigan ko po dito sa syudad ng Cauayan. Dito po sa LGU Cauayan, pag oras ng trabaho, trabaho”, Mayor Jaycee Dy remarked.
In attendance during the Flag Raising Ceremony are the teachers from Isabela State University, Cauayan City National High School, the Liga ng mga Barangay, the Cauayan City Water District employees, Cauayan City Green Ladies Organization, and among others apart from the usual attendees like the City Hall employees, PNP, BJMP, and BFP.
Meantime, after the Flag Raising Ceremony, a number of groups from various offices and agencies came to his office to pay respect and courtesy call to include Pastor Jojo Tuason who performed a pray-over rites for guidance and success of the newly installed City Officials.
