Last Feb 15, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas – NLRO, held a digital financial literacy session at the FL Dy Memorial Coliseum. The event introduced the Paleng-QR (eMoney) Program during its pre-launching attended by various TODA officers, market vendors, and other financial service providers in the city. Representatives from BSP NLRO were Ms. Maria Elena A. Madriaga, and Mr. Dante Cambri.
