Mainit na tinanggap ng ating Provincial at City Officials sina Vice President Sara Duterte at Senator Imee R. Marcos nang bumisita sila sa ating lungsod upang pangunahan ang programa para sa mass distribution ng Emancipation Patent (EP) at Certificate of Land Ownership sa agrarian reform beneficiaries mula sa Region 2.
Kasamang nag-assist sa distribution na ginawa sa F.L. DY Coliseum nitong Abril 17 ang mga Regional Officers mula sa Department of Agrarian Reform. Bukod dito ay nag-turn over din ng mga farm machineries at equipment sa iba’t-ibang farmer’s associations at cooperatives.
Kabilang sa mga dumalo sa programa ang agrarian reform beneficiaries, Department Of Agrarian Reform Regional Officers at ang mga sumusunod na bisitang pandangal.
