Cauayan City took the Global Stage today as an International Keynote speaker at the Opening Plenary Session as we presented our Smart and Sustainable City solutions at the Global Competitiveness Team Challenge…sponsored by the US Gov‘t and other agencies in hopes of finding sustainable solutions to global problems across the globe.
