Nagkaroon ng 5-day training workshop sa Formulation of the Re-engineering Plan ng Cauayan simula nitong Enero 15 sa ICON. Ito ay dinaluhan ng LGU City Department Heads at Asst. Dept. Heads.

Layunin nitong  i-redesign ang business processes upang makamit ang improvements na mabisa at epektibo sa iba’t-ibang area at performance na and effectiveness in various areas and performance na tutuloy sa  Client satisfaction.
