Nitong November 11, ni-launch sa Isabela Convention Center ang eLGU App (software). Ang inobasyon na ito ay digitization initiative ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). Ang event ay dinaluhan ng DICT Leaders, Isabela Provincial Officials, Isabela LGU Executives at iba pang eGov stakeholders. Layunin nitong ipakita ang eLGU software at natatanging features and integrative functions nito para sa LGU public service digitalization.
