Planning, Design and Construction of the Proposed Cauayan City Convention and Sports Center (Phase 1)
1. The City Government of Cauayan, through a loan from the Land Bank of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million (PHP 100,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Planning, Design and Construction of the Proposed Cauayan City Convention and Sports Center (Phase 1) at Cauayan City, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Comelec urges unregistered voters to visit their office

CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela, April 17 (PIA) -- This city’s election office is urging unregistered voters in the city to register at the Comelec office to be able to vote come 2013 elections.
Efigenia Marquez, election officer of Cauayan city, said the election office is open from Monday to Friday to accommodate residents to register as voters.

CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela, April 16 (PIA) -- As part of the long celebration of Gawagaway-yan festival in this city, a number of the city villages and officials were recognized for their outstanding performance in barangay administration which contributed to the efficient delivery of basic services to their constituents.
The awarding ceremony was held last Thursday, April 12, at the Francisco L. Dy Coliseum in coordination with the City Local Government Operations Office.
Barangay District II was adjudged as the most outstanding barangay among other 64 barangays in the city, and awarded cash reward of P25,000 from the city government.
